One of the least known cities in Australia is the capital city of South Australia called Adelaide. Adelaide, although small, is one of the prettiest cities in the country. It is known as the city of churches since it has a large number of churches scattered around the city.

The city has a population of only one million which is small considering Australia’s population is over 22 million people. Adelaide has beautiful coastlines with golden sandy beaches. The great thing about travelling around Adelaide is that most attractions, including the wine regions are quite close and can be done in a day.
